Tawana holds a B.S. Education degree from North Texas University so educating and coaching is part of who she is.

Tawana completed 108 hours from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA.

This University teaches courses in alternative medicine and offers Naturopathic Degrees. Tawana did not want to become an ND (Naturopathic Doctor) but wanted to attend the University and study alternative health. She knew she wanted to stay in Texas where ND's are not recognized in the state so she felt a degree was not what she needed to obtain. She does feel her education at Bastyr was helpful and was well worth her time.

Tawana has spent countless time and money traveling all over from Costa Rica to Hawaii and different states within the US attending raw food events and lectures. She has been following many of the well known raw food lecturers for years now. Tawana spoke at a recent raw food lecture in CA on raw food for your pets. A full audience was in attendance and she was well received.

She is a communicator, motivator, and an inspiring human being that wants to help people and their pets.

Countless hours of studying health, raw food, and many years of experience of background in the health realm gives Tawana the leading edge on what is healthy.
Pepper's Story and Video
Pepper, a Shih Tzu dog, was rescued in 2001 from the City of Dallas Animal Shelter. His poor condition included ticks, fleas and burned skin. Pepper was diagnosed with a terminal disease and lost physical mobility soon after.

He is still alive and well. Pepper's recovery to a normal life is due to the alternative healing techniques in this site (see Pepper's Story).
